How many people do you know
who exude positivity coupled with enormous vitality, energy,
and stamina? Not many, eh? Me either. Most people I meet,
whether clients, family, friends, or acquaintances, seem
to have a “positive mental attitude
and energy deficiency!!”
Let’s
be honest. There are only a few things we can really control
in our own lives and two of them are
(1.) What we think and
(2.) What we eat.
We would all probably agree if we put garbage
in (our minds or our mouths) we will most likely feel tired
and lethargic. Consequently, if we desire vibrant minds and
boundless energy, we need to think positive thoughts and
consume foods that encourage maximum energy production.

What You Can Control
We need to control what we can control,
letting the things beyond our control roll off us like water
off a duck’s
back. You cannot control your spouse, kids, boss, or what
thoughts come into your mind, but you
can control how you respond to these stresses. Be a person who will not let stress
get you down, but will face the challenges of life with a
positive, constructive perspective.
I can tell you that once
I started doing this, my life has been a lot easier. According
to Mark Twain, “I have
had a lot of stress in my life. Most of which never happened.” What
a great quote! The bottom line is you can only change one
person and that person is you! Change yourself, and the people
around you will change. So control what you can control,
let everything else roll off your back. What can you control?
How you respond to stress. Respond positively and constructively
not with anger, bitterness, or rage.
What else can you control?
You can control what food you put into your mouth!

Typing is the Perfect Food Road Map!
When you are heading out to
a new destination, let’s
face it, maps are great! Don’t we all wonder what we
did before Map quest and Yahoo Maps? They really help you
know you are heading in the right direction. As it is right
now, most people truly don’t know what foods they need
to eat to feel good. Diet
Typing is the method we use at
Caring Medical to determine what foods you need to eat to
have maximum energy. In other words, think of it as your
food road map.
We can determine your individual Diet
Type by testing your fasting blood pH and glucose tolerance test
values. Over the years, we have developed five different
Hauser Diets, ranging from carnivorous to vegetarian, namely
the Hauser Lion, Otter, Bear, Monkey, and Giraffe Diet Types.
Each Diet Type corresponds with a particular composition
of fat, protein, and carbohydrates. By eating according to
the right Diet Type, you will keep your blood pH and blood
sugar levels stable and optimal, which in turn will maximize
the amount of energy you get from your food. In our experience,
this alone will give most people a lot more energy.
Food
Allergy Testing: Necessary for Optimizing Proper Food Intake
Another blood test that is necessary for optimizing proper
food intake is food allergy testing. Allergenic foods appear
as invaders to the body, therefore the body produces a reaction
against them. In other words, the body produces IgG antibodies
against these foreign invaders. Antibodies are produced by
the body to “tag” something, such as an infection,
as an invader. This “tag” allows the immune system
to recognize the invader and to get rid of it! So if you
are making antibodies against milk, for instance, then eating
dairy products is not giving you energy, but taking energy
away from you. So in my opinion, food allergy testing is
another crucial piece of information that you should obtain
to maximize health and energy. Undiagnosed food allergies
can produce all sorts of symptoms such as bloating, gas,
fatigue, scratchy throat, weight gain, pain, and even all
over body pain.
Proper Food Intake is Vital to Health!
Many people eat to
live but their lives are suboptimal because of poor energy
and health. One of the first places to start to optimize
your health is to control the things you can control. Truly
one great place to start is what food you place on your plate
and into your mouth. Why not eat foods that will give you
maximum energy? Energy you need to
exercise, work, organize your business, create, imagine,
share with friends, run your household, or just be happy.
More energy means more health. More health means more time
having fun, being active, instead of lying around watching
