2 Tips To Stop Smoking

Smoking kills. Telling a smoker this will not help them quit smoking. Making them feel guilty about smoking won’t either. Doing the following two tips will help them.

Supporting the Adrenal Gland

The adrenal gland is the stress. By supporting the adrenal gland, a person’s ability to handle stress is enhanced greatly. What is more stressful to a smoker then stopping smoking?

The following are some practical ways to help support the adrenal gland:

Get rid of stressors in your life. If you are going to quit smoking, please decrease your stress as much as possible before this. Some people quit smoking while on a vacation.
Get plenty of rest.
Do mild exercise.
Meditate and do yoga.
Read positive books.
Laugh a lot
Read the Bible (get inspired)
Eat a high protein/high vegetation diet
Take Supplements.

The following are common supplements we use in the office for people who desire adrenal gland support:

Adrenal N Support
Adrenal Enzyme
Ashwaghanda
Panax Ginseng

All are available at www.benuts.com.

If needed some adrenal gland hormones such as cortisol and DHEA can prove helpful.

Massive Nutrient Infusion

Most smokers we have dealt with are very nutrient deficient. A good multivitamin and ‘super foods’ really help. They often give the smoker a burst of energy and the strength to quit. Common supplements used in this regard are:

Deep Greens
Supervits without iron
Phytocarrot
Emer C (mineral powder)

For some people we also give them nutrient I.V. bags. When I am feeling down this is one of the ways I pick myself up. I had an I.V. nutrient bag and I.V. glutathione bag today. I have been training a lot and not been feeling good. I feel about 50% better after the I.V.’s. High level physical activity produces a lot of free radicals and can cause a person to have an antioxidant deficiency. Very similar to cigarette smoking. The quickest way to repair this is to get a lot of intravenous vitamin C and glutathione (strong antioxidant) pumped into your body.

Summary

For the person desiring to quit smoking, congratulations on a noble goal. The above two tips are sure to help. I personally hope that you are able to do it.
